Olivia Seally

INTRODUCTION:

Olivia Seally is a creative consultant, producer, and strategist working at the intersection of culture, community, and experience. With over 13 years of experience across hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle brands, she helps organizations design the systems that turn audiences into engaged communities.

Her work focuses on cultural programming, membership ecosystems, and experiential storytelling; translating creative ideas into structured programs that teams can actually execute.

BACKGROUND:

Olivia’s background spans large-scale experiential production, brand partnerships, editorial storytelling, and community-driven programming. She has led cultural programming and membership strategy for globally recognized brands and creative communities, producing hundreds of events, partnerships, and creative projects across North America.

Previously, she served as Regional Head of Membership, Communications & Events for Soho House on the West Coast, where she oversaw membership strategy and cultural programming across multiple properties and managed a $13M+ regional business. Her work included producing major cultural moments such as Soho Desert House during Coachella, featuring artists including Diplo, Erykah Badu, and Anderson .Paak’s first-ever debut DJ set.

Before that, she led Membership & Communications at Soho House Toronto, helping shape the club’s cultural programming and creative community. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Events & Marketing at East Room in Toronto, where she developed partnerships and live programming that helped establish the venue as a hub for emerging artists and cultural events.

TODAY:

Today, Olivia works independently as a creative consultant and producer, partnering with founders, brands, and cultural spaces to design programming, experiences, and membership strategies that foster meaningful connection.

Her projects span experiential production, creative programming, retreats, and editorial storytelling; often blending these disciplines to build environments where culture and community thrive.

When she’s not producing projects, Olivia is often traveling, documenting creative communities, and exploring how culture takes shape in different cities around the world.

Currently based in Los Angeles, Olivia works across an international creative network spanning New York, Toronto, LA, and beyond.

She believes the most powerful brands and spaces aren’t built around marketing — they’re built around culture, belonging, and shared experience.
