A multi-day luxury golf retreat designed to embody Redan's ethos of elevated leisure, exclusivity, and craft. Set between Toronto and the pristine grounds of Redtail Golf Club in Port Stanley - one of Ontario's most celebrated private courses - this three-day experience wove together helicopter transfers, competitive golf programming, and a series of curated hospitality moments into a singular, highly considered guest journey.

The retreat opened with arrivals at Pearson Airport and helicopter transfers directly to Redtail, where guests were welcomed with an exclusive Redan x Redtail kit and a dinner at the Drake Cottage prepared by Executive Chef Chris Squire. Day two anchored the experience in golf: a full shotgun start followed by an alternate shot competition with mixed groups, a photographer on-course throughout, and an evening Clase Azul-hosted dinner with tequila pairings. The final day closed with a morning round and helicopter return to Toronto, culminating in a private farewell lunch at Prime Seafood Palace with the iconic Canadian Chef Matty Matheson.

Across every touchpoint, the retreat required precise coordination of transportation logistics, on-site programming, hospitality partners, and guest communications; all calibrated to feel effortless on arrival.

The result was a seamless, high-touch retreat experience that reinforced Redan's positioning as a premium golf lifestyle brand, deepening member engagement through an immersive format that extended the brand well beyond the course.
